General Terms and Conditions

This document governs the terms and conditions of use for the GameGrado service (hereinafter: "the Game"), an interactive urban adventure and photographic treasure hunt taking place in the city of Grado (GO), Italy.
By purchasing and participating in the Game, the user and their team members (hereinafter: "the User") fully accept these terms and conditions.
1. Description of the Service and Gameplay
The Game consists of a walking route of approximately 5,5 km through 4 districts of Grado, including 30 photo stops.
Following registration, the User will receive the description of the locations via WhatsApp or SMS.
Photo verification: The images submitted by the User will be used by GameGrado exclusively to verify the accuracy of the game and to certify the completion of the route.
2. Prices and Payment Terms
Participation fee: The price of the service is €7 per person. Minors may participate in the game under the responsibility of the accompanying adults.
Payment methods: The methods of payment (cash, card, or bank transfer) will be agreed upon directly between the parties during contact (via WhatsApp or SMS).
3. Limitation of Liability, Right of Withdrawal, and Applicable Law
Pursuant to Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile), GameGrado's liability arises exclusively in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Road and traffic liability: The Game takes place entirely on public ground and in pedestrian zones. The User is solely responsible for their own conduct, safety, and compliance with the rules of the Italian Highway Code regarding pedestrians during the walk.
Minors: Underage participants must be constantly supervised by an adult. GameGrado declines all liability for any injuries, falls, material damage, or accidents that may occur along the route.
Devices: GameGrado is not responsible for any malfunctions of the User's smartphone, lack of internet connection, or service interruptions of the WhatsApp application.
Exclusion of withdrawal: Since the service consists of the immediate delivery of digital content upon the User's request, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), the User is not entitled to a right of withdrawal (refund) after the game materials have been sent.
Applicable law: This contract is governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes with consumers, the competent forum shall be the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy.
